Returns Policy
Evolved
Sound is committed to providing excellent customer
service and quality products. Customer
may return the Product to Evolved Sound for genuine
reasons as defined in this policy within 30 days
of delivery (from
the date shown on the delivery confirmation receipt) and
obtain a refund or store credit, excluding
custom duties, shipping and handling charges.
Please note we do not
give refunds or store credits if:
- You simply change
your mind or make a wrong decision.
- If hardware or
software you purchase is not compatible with your
computer equipment, software or related hardware
/ equipment. It is responsibility of the Customer to confirm
compatibility with their own system(s).
- There
is any evidence of physical damage to the product, which
automatically voids any warranty covering the
supplied
product.
- Faults
caused by 'Acts of God' such as lightning strikes and
power surges. Such cases of damage are not
covered
under any warranty.
To initiate the Return,
Customer must first contact us to obtain a 'Return
Authorisation' and address details where product should
be returned to.
In
the event that Customer receives a different Product
from the one that Customer ordered due to a mistake on
Evolved Sound's part, we will bear the shipping costs
associated with the return as well as shipping costs
associated with sending the right Product to Customer by
the mode of shipment specified in the order.
Evolved
Sound reserves the right to refuse a refund if the
conditions above are not met.
